Swimming is an important skill, and we treat it as such.The skills learned in the pool are not only great exercises, but also potentially lifesaving. Depending on your swimmer’s experience and age, we recommend taking 1-4 sessions. Swimming is similar to training for sports, practice makes perfect. But in this case, practice creates confidence in potentially dangerous situations.
Once at Swim2Live, find a comfy spot to settle down. When class time starts, your coach will meet you and your swimmer and talk through the expectations for the session. After each class, the coach will talk through the accomplishments of their time together and what they expect to do next class time.
At Swim2Live, we coach swimmers ages 18 months through adulthood.
Our coaches are trained to work with any swimmers that require accommodations. Our program is adaptive to each swimmers’ personal needs.
We strongly recommend wearing goggles in the pool. If you need a pair we sell some on site, and have some available to borrow.
Sessions: Our session classes are 20 minutes long.
Privates: Private lesson durations vary depending on what is purchased. We offer 10, 15, 20, and 30 minute private lessons.
Each session is two weeks long and will occur Monday-Thursday (Fridays reserved for weather related cancellations)

Towels, swim attire and goggles are all encouraged.
If you need some, we have goggles to borrow and new goggles for sale on site.
