Hi! I'm Grace and this is my fourth year as a swim coach here at Swim2LiveLive2Swim! And I love working with kids and seeing their progress through out the sessions.

One of my big goals is to form a relationship with the kiddos at Swim2LiveLive2Swim this summer. I want to teach them how to swim, but I also want to teach them important swimming is and how it can be a life saving tool. I aspire to be a patient coach and someone the students can trust. I also hope to form a great bond with parents as well. I want my parents to know and feel safe having me coach their child(ren).
My spare time includes playing high school soccer and volleyball, as well as competitive soccer and volleyball!

Destry Lujan
* Swim2Live Coach
Hi, I’m Destry. This is my first year with Swim2Live and I love it! Not much makes me happier than watching your child learn and realize their potential.
I have always been drawn to the water and swimming is an essential part of my life! In my own experience, I was thrown into the water and expected to swim; that experience may have taught me how to keep my head above water but it also taught me that are much better avenues to learning how to swim and that everyone has a style suited to themselves personally!
I am CPR/AED and lifeguard certified. As a coach my goal is to make your child feel comfortable and-- more importantly-- confident in themself and their ability. I will respect everyone’s uniqueness but also encourage them to push themselves! Learning is not an easy thing to do but I aim to make it a thoroughly enjoyable and successful journey.
I am a busy body and play multiple sports like football, wrestling, rugby, etc. I spend my time at the lake, in the mountains, at the beach, and much more. Life is all about adventure!

I think learning to swim is an important skill for everyone to have no matter their age.
As an instructor, I aspire to be patient and to make swimming fun for every child. I enjoy pushing each child to improve their skills every summer and feel safe in the water. I encourage parents to communicate with me about their child’s goals. You may also book me under “custom design private classes” for additional training and coaching.
I currently hold my first aid and CPR-AED certificates.
